République and K&L Wine Merchants are pleased to present dinner with Château Margaux on November 6, 2019. Enjoy a dynamic 5-course dinner from Chef Walter Manzke with a 10-wine pairing featuring old and rare vintages of Château Margaux, Pavillon Blanc du Margaux, and Pavillon Rouge du Margaux. The evening will begin with hors d’oeuvres and glasses of the 2008 Bollinger Grand Année Brut Champagne, then cap off the evening with the 2009 Château d’Yquem Sauternes. We’ll have a very special guest in attendance—the Château’s Managing Director, Aurelian Valance.
